The Road to the Ducks and Raptors

The largest airport in the area is Kirkenes, Lakselv, Alta, Tromsø and Ivalo. The best alternative is Kirkenes along with Ivalo that has direct fly connections to Oslo and Helsinki, respectively.

Widerøe airline are flying to the smaller airports of both Båtsfjord and Vadsø. These airports is possible to reach from Kirkenes, Alta and Tromsø.

Rental cars are available at all airports.

Another opportunity is to travel with the Coastal Steamer (Hurtigruten). It is even possible to travel with a car for a small amount of money.

Accommodation

Hotel standard is available on all sites.

In addition, you may prefer a standard accommodation at Vestre Jakobselv Camping or get your own ("home") apartment in Vadsø.
